There has been a lot of speculation as to who is in the coffin and why no one showed up at the funeral. Like many others, I believe it is Ben who is in the coffin. I believe that Ben fakes his death to throw off those who are seeking him and the island. The reason no one shows up at the funeral is because they know Benjamin Linus and his tricks. The Oceanic 6 do not show up, save Jack, because they know that Ben is still alive. Jack shows up because he is desperate to get back to the island and hopes beyond hope that his visit will draw attention to someone in Ben's camp.
The reason no one showed up for Sun, save Hurley, is much the same. Jin is not dead. As part of their release off the island, they must put up a united front that everyone else died. Why did Hurley show up? Hurley is a softy. He knows that it would be hard on Sun to visit Jin's grave after having the baby, knowing that they will be forever separated in this life. Hurley is happy that no one else of the Oceanic 6 showed up. If they had, there would probably be a media circus. Also, if another showed up, it may mean that something bad might happen to those they care about back on the island.
